Why I Love The Always Pan [And The Best Chicken Fried Rice Recipe!] - Living in Yellow (1)Disclosure: Thank you to Our Place for sponsoring today’s post. I am so grateful to work with brands and products that I love!

If you’ve spent any time online during the past year, you’ve probably seen more than just one person raving about the Always Pan. After months of hearing about the hype, I had to see for myself what it was all about. After one use, I understood it all. Suddenly, I had one pan that allowed me to do everything I wanted to do when it came to stovetop cooking with virtually zero cleanup [miracles do happen people].

The Always Pan claim to fame is that it is 8 cooking utensils in 1 [including but not limited to Skillet, Non-stick pan, Saucier, Fry Pan, Spatula, Spatula rest (no more messy counters!), Colander, and Steamer (great for a healthy one-pot meal)]. My personal favorite features: we have to start with the non-toxic nonstick ceramic coating that doesn’t contain harmful materials, it is free of Teflon, PTFEs and PFAs. Not only can I cook my food concern free, but I can also wipe up the “mess” from the bottom of the pan in just a few swipes which has made for a very happy after-dinner cleanup. Other favorite features: the built-in spatula and spatula rest is a lifesaver. I always hated sticking my spatula on the stove or countertops and while I’ve always had a spoon rest on my stove I could use, I never wanted to because it was just one more item to put in the dishwasher. I never have to concern myself with where to stick my spatula when not in use anymore. Additionally, I l-o-v-e that each side of the pan has a built-in pour spout which means that anytime I need to drain grease or liquids, I can do so very easily. Last but not least [I could keep going] is the way that it looks. I am absolutely a consumer with the belief of “the cuter the better” and this pan is the best looking kitchen tool I’ve ever owned, just look at all of the fun color offerings!

A few last [but important] details on how to keep your Always Pan in the best condition for years of enjoyment:

  • Cook on low to medium heat as often as possible
  • It is recommended that you hand wash the pan with a gentle sponge [included in the packaging] so the non-stick coating lasts many years!
  • Do not place your Always Pan in the oven, it is intended for stovetop cooking only!
