We were 0 for 3 on @UPS deliveries today and all of them are marked delivered. I work from home and didn't leave my house once today (pandemic, what up). The UPS truck didn't even come down my road (I live on a dead end street w/5 other houses and watched for them).

@UPS is horrible!!! I’ve Been trying to get a package delivered to my home, my work… even to the customer service building near me (same package) and apparently they can’t do any of them correctly. One package !!!! So frustrating.🤬

hey @UPSHelp I've tried to send the same parcel to America twice now. Was told I would get a refund for the first, which hasn't happened. And now the second attempt is being returned again. If you cant commit to the service why do you keep taking money. So shocking.
